Nosework
Nosework is a wonderful dog sport that taps into your dog's natural instinct to sniff!
This sport is great for giving dogs a "job", and is wonderful for increasing your dog's confidence and mental stamina!
Intro To Odour
Pricing: $240+gst for 6 weeks
This class is offered through Canine Connection Training Centre. You can register through their website.
In this 6 week program dogs will be introduced to various target odours (Birch, Anise, Clove, Wintergreen, Pine, Anise, Thyme and Cypress.), start learning indication behaviours and begin simple searches.
Dogs will be working one at a time, so dogs must be comfortable waiting in the car or there will be a space available for indoor benching but kennels will not be provided.

Nosework Practices
Pricing: $35+gst per session OR buy a package and get 6 sessions for $180+gst ($30+gst/session)
Nosework Practices are in-person single-session classes for teams to continue advancing their searching skills. These sessions are appropriate for nosework teams of any level as long as dogs are familiar with odour, it doesn't matter if you are an experienced scent detection team or brand new to the sport, searches and exercises will be tailored to suit individual team's needs and training goals. These sessions will be held at Canine Connection Training Centre.
